Prostatitis = low sex drive, low libido

Prostatitis is the inflammation of the prostate that will usually affects the younger men. In the event that one is contracted with Prostatitis, the prostate will be swollen. This is caused caused by the body trying to fight the gems or bacteria that have infected it. The cure is usually a dose of antibiotics prescribed by your doctor or in extreme cases, the doctor may recommend admission to the hospital to administer treatment using fluid and antibiotics.

Protatitis may cause one to loss interest in sex and an inability to get an erection. Men infected with Protatitis will have a throbbing pain in the genitals area, this make having sex painful and unbearable. This is the first sign of losing your sex drive. Men with Prostatitis will also find ejaculations and even erections painful. One could not have sex in such a condition, thereby reducing ones sex drive and libido. It is definitely advisable to avoid having any form of sex activities during treatment. The good news however is that one will not loss their sex drive altogether. Once treated, you should be as good as new.

The cure could simply be through medication or in some cases the doctor may recommend part removal of the enlargement through surgical or non surgical means.

> Unfortunately if the condition is diagnosed as cancerous, which is the growth of tumour in the prostate, surgery will usually proves to be effective so long as the spread of the cells are still manageable.
